Blackstone Group head Stephen Schwarzman's 60th birthday party last year was seen as lavish excess. But what about the nude female statue? Crafted entirely out of pieces of the Financial Times newspaper, the artwork was conceived by London artist Natasha Archdale, who creates her works by infusing newsprint with chemicals to harden it and give it a coral color. Meanwhile, the gift itself came from Schwarzman's longtime friend, Dorrit Moussaieff, the "first lady" of Iceland, according to Bloomberg. Schwarzman has the Archdale sculpture on display at his Park Avenue digs in Manhattan.
