Clear Water launches quant fund into topsy-turvy market


The recent market turmoil hasn’t been enough to deter Clear Asset Management from joining the fray.

Earlier this week, the New York-based quantitative money management firm, which is owned primarily by women, launched its first hedge fund and hired its first institutional sales person.
