FrontPoint Partners co-founder and chairman Gill Caffray is leaving his firm to help run Touradji Capital Management.
In his new role, which begins Monday, Caffray will work with Touradji Capital founder Paul Touradji. He will head up all business and operations aspects of the firm — a move designed to allow Touradji to focus on investing.
Caffray, whose career includes a stint as an executive at Tiger Management, co-founded FrontPoint in November 2000 with Philip Duff, another Tiger alum, and Paul Ghaffari, who had previously worked as a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management and Morgan Stanley. When
