Signet and Guardian to offer ABL


Signet Capital Management has merged with Miami-based Guardian Capital, which has been managing asset based lending since 2003 and the firms now plan to launch an advisory business in the space.

Unlike previous multi-manager structures, Signet and Guardian believe that the larger institutional client base is best suited to invest in ABL via segregated portfolios, rather than as commingled investors in one fund.
