Eddington Capital Management has named Andrew Popper as the new chairman. He will succeed Tim Ingram, who has served as chairman of the board since 2003 and who will step down later this year.
Popper, who will also continue his role of group chief investment officer for SG Hambros Bank, brings experience of creating and implementing a comprehensive range of investment products. Early in his career, Popper served as an economist with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
