San Diego outsources CIO role to Integrity after problems with external fund managers


The $6 billion San Diego County Employees Retirement Association is now using Integrity Capital to serve as its chief investment officer. This follows the resignation of David Deutsch after the uncovering of alleged fraudulent external fund managers Paul Greenwood and Stephen Walsh, who ran WG Trading and Westridge Capital Management.

Integrity Capital is led by Lee Partridge, who will serve as portfolio strategist to the retirement system. Partridge had been deputy chief investment officer for the $83 billion Teacher Retirement System of Texas where he built a track record
