Debt looks good for Quantedge Global


Against a relatively uneventful backdrop, September was a good month for the Quantedge Global Fund, which added 13.42% to take year-to-date numbers to 42.86%. A diversified macro fund, Quantedge was able to capture strong returns from a combination of global equities, bonds and precious metals, explains managing director Leow Kah Shin. Apart from Japan, equities had a moderately good month, and Quantedge made modest profits across multiple positions.
