Union Bancaire Privée continues to strengthen its business with two new hires, taking the total to six. Most recently, it hired Richard Wohanka, former chief executive officer of Fortis Investment Management, as the new CEO of the bank's asset management and alternative investments division and member of the executive committee.
Wohanka, who has run WestLB Asset Management and the asset management business of Paribas, will report to Guy de Picciotto. Christophe Bernard, UBP's chief investment officer and André Gigon, head of institutional clients and product distribution, will report directly to Wohanka.
